As was previously reported, Chris Jericho just made his return to SmackDown Live and confronted both A.J. Styles and the new United States Champion Kevin Owens.
Both Jericho and Styles demanded a U.S. Title shot tonight, and SmackDown Live Commissioner Shane McMahon announced a huge Triple Threat Match between Styles, Jericho, and Owens for the U.S. Title as the main event for tonight’s edition of SmackDown.
