Update on LA Knight’s WWE Contract Status – Contrary to some earlier reports, it appears that the contract negotiations between WWE and LA Knight are not as advanced as initially suggested.

Fightful Select reports that while discussions have been taking place, there is no agreement in place, and the two sides remain far apart on financial terms, according to sources within WWE.

Although a five-year contract was offered, it hasn’t been finalized yet, and there is no immediate indication that a deal is imminent. It’s also worth noting that the recent push of LA Knight within WWE is not directly tied to his contract status, as suggested in some reports. WWE has been high on Knight for a while, and they recognize his growing popularity since his move to the main roster.

Knight’s current WWE contract extends well into 2025, with more than 1.5 years left on the existing deal. While negotiations continue, there is no rush to finalize a new contract, and WWE is known to be pushing several talents with contracts expiring next year.
