Update on Plans for WWE Survivor Series WarGames Match

Update on Plans for WWE Survivor Series WarGames Match – WWE’s creative plans for the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series have reportedly shifted following Seth Rollins’ recent injury, with Logan Paul now expected to take his place.

Earlier reports suggested the original lineup would include CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, Jimmy Uso, and either LA Knight or Jey Uso facing a team led by Rollins, alongside Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, Brock Lesnar, and Austin Theory. Those plans were altered after Rollins suffered a shoulder injury at WWE Crown Jewel Perth, which required surgery and will sideline him for approximately six months.

On this week’s WWE RAW, the storyline took a surprising turn when Logan Paul came to the aid of CM Punk and Jey Uso, only to betray Punk moments later by striking him with brass knuckles. After the attack, Paul handed the weapon to Paul Heyman, sparking heavy speculation about his new alliance and potential alignment with The Bloodline.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, Logan Paul is now being positioned as Seth Rollins’ replacement in the WarGames match. “Seth’s replacement in WarGames is going to be Logan Paul,” Meltzer stated. “Even though Punk did this thing of knocking Roman Reigns. My gut is they’re still the plan is Punk, Roman Reigns, The Usos, you know, on that team with probably LA Knight as the other guy.”

Meltzer also noted that Jacob Fatu was initially expected to compete but recently underwent surgery. “It could be Jacob if he’s okay to wrestle, but he just had his surgery, so I don’t know if he’s going to be okay by the end of the month,” he added.

With Survivor Series fast approaching, Logan Paul’s involvement adds another major twist to an already star-studded WarGames storyline that continues to evolve each week on WWE television.
