WWE filed to trademark the “Viktor” and “Dana Brooke” as ring names on Friday, January 24. Viktor and Konnor of The Ascension were released from WWE on December 8. If WWE is able to secure the trademark Victor (Eric Thompson) will be unable to use the name outside of WWE.
