WWE Mistakenly Advertised Roman Reigns for June Dates

A new report has clarified why Roman Reigns was initially advertised for WWE’s June episodes of RAW before being removed from promotional material.

According to PWInsider, Reigns being listed for those dates was not part of an actual plan but instead the result of an internal mistake.

Roman Reigns WWE June Dates Explained

The report states that the original advertising for Reigns appearing on all June episodes of RAW came down to a “clerical error” on the WWE and TKO Group Holdings side.

This explains why his name was later quietly pulled from all June promotional listings, which had sparked speculation about a possible schedule change or storyline shift.

While the June dates were removed, Reigns is still currently advertised for every May episode of RAW.

That includes the May 4 show, where he is expected to appear ahead of his upcoming title defense.

Reigns is scheduled to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Jacob Fatu at WWE Backlash on May 9.

The two are also set to sign their match contract on the May 4 episode of RAW, further building toward the premium live event.

The update confirms that there was no major creative or scheduling shift behind Reigns’ removal from June advertising. Instead, it was simply an internal listing mistake that was later corrected.

With that clarified, Reigns remains part of WWE’s current plans through May, with his next major appearance centered around Backlash.
