WWE SmackDown Results – March 13, 2026

Welcome to WrestlingAttitude’s live coverage results of WWE SmackDown on March 13, 2026, from the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona!

We get a video package recapping last week’s Undisputed WWE Championship match, spotlighting Cody Rhodes reclaiming the title after Jacob Fatu’s interference.

Drew McIntyre stands in the crowd and tells Nick Aldis he can take that contract and shove it up his ass. His title was stolen from him, and Aldis couldn’t help himself — he had to make sure his “golden boy” got a title match before WrestleMania. Drew demands Aldis make it right.

Nick Aldis comes out and says there’s nothing to fix. Being champion means defending your title. It was a one‑on‑one match. Drew head‑butted a referee, and the match still didn’t go his way. He’s blaming everyone but himself instead of facing the consequences of his actions.

Drew fires back that they had a deal, and he lost those two matches. Aldis had to make sure the corporate champion won the title. He calls Aldis a corporate stooge.

Aldis says Cody got screwed in his title shots. Drew did everything he could to stop Cody from getting a fair chance — because the first time Cody did get one, he beat Drew.

Drew steps into the ring and gets in Aldis’ face. He says they both know this is bullshit. He tells Aldis to make it right… or else.

Jacob Fatu’s music hits.

Fatu enters the ring and stares Drew down. Aldis looks on, unsure what’s about to happen.

Fatu asks what exactly needs fixing. Drew wouldn’t even be champion if it wasn’t for him. He lays out the facts: he fixed the situation last week, and that’s why Drew is no longer champion. This isn’t about Aldis, Cody, or anyone else. If Drew wants to point fingers, then let’s keep it 100 — Fatu is the one who screwed Drew’s ass. And he wants to know: what the hell is Drew going to do about it?

Drew looks at Fatu, then at Aldis, then at the crowd. He says all of them — Fatu, Aldis, Cody, the fans — he’s done with all of them.

Drew McIntyre says “I quit.”

He leaves the ring, walks through the crowd, and exits as the show fades out on the chaos he leaves behind.

Backstage:

Solo Sikoa stands backstage with the lantern in his hands, speaking with a calm, almost ritualistic certainty. He says the plan worked perfectly — The Wyatts are not the number‑one contenders, and they still have the lantern. He tells Talla they’re going to take care of Rowan and Uncle Howdy next. Then he turns to Tama Tonga and orders him to guard the lantern with his life, because without it, the Wyatts are nothing.

Tama suddenly notices someone behind him — Shinsuke Nakamura. He asks Nakamura why he’s here. Nakamura steps closer and asks Tama when he’s finally going to decide to be his own man. He switches to Japanese, his tone low and pointed, the message clearly meant to get inside Tama’s head. Before he can finish, Solo appears again, stepping between them. He tells Nakamura to stay the hell away from his family before he gets hurt.

Fatu steps toward him and says he’ll whoop Trick’s ass too.

Aldis steps between them and tells Fatu to calm down. Fatu reminds Aldis what happened the last time someone tried to “calm him down,” and he brings up the disrespect he’s been shown.

Trick fires back about disrespect of his own, pointing out what Randy Orton did last week.

Aldis cuts them both off. He tells Trick that Randy is busy — so Trick will face Fatu tonight. And if Trick has a problem with that, Aldis threatens to fire him on the spot.

Solo notices and reacts, but Nikki takes the lantern and raises it, powering up Howdy for Sister Abigail and the three count.

After the match, Howdy holds the lantern in the ring, but Tama hits Cutthroat and takes the lantern back into Bullet Club Gold’s possession.

Everyone keeps telling her she should be afraid of Rhea Ripley. Jade asks why. She’s her. What is she supposed to be afraid of? She doesn’t see a challenger or a threat. She’s never been afraid of anything in her life. She tells Rhea she’ll beat her ass at WrestleMania and show why she’s always on top.

Jade drops the mic… and Rhea’s music hits as she makes her way to the ring.

Sami looks offended and says he can’t believe Cody would think so lowly of him. He said that to Randy because Randy is Randy — there will never be another like him, and Sami looks up to him. But he doesn’t look up to Cody because they’re friends, and friends are supposed to be equals. Sami says Cody doesn’t get to talk down to him.

Jelly says he wasn’t going to miss seeing two of his friends — the WrestleMania main‑eventers — sign their contract in one of his favorite cities.

Miz says he sees potential in Jelly and that Jelly needs a mentor… specifically him. All Jelly has to do is say yes.

Jelly says no.

Miz is stunned. Jelly says Miz has a long history of stabbing partners in the back. Miz fires back, calling Jelly a “redemption story” and claiming he was the one who helped Jelly turn his life around after Jelly fell at SummerSlam two years ago. Miz says he picked Jelly up and that moment made Jelly realize he needed to change.

Jelly asks if Miz really thinks he’s responsible for Jelly losing 250 pounds. Jelly says he changed his own life, and Miz should be disgusted with himself for thinking otherwise. Miz says he liked Jelly better when he was fat. Jelly tells Miz he’ll whip his ass.

Miz claims he’s a locker room leader. Jelly calls him an ass.

Kit Wilson interrupts, telling Miz to stop wasting his time. The problem isn’t Miz mentoring Jelly — the problem is Jelly himself.

Jelly says this is getting weird, but he likes Kit. He even does Kit’s pose and gyration.

Kit says the issue is the face tattoos, the criminal charges, the “brand built on bad behavior,” and then Jelly mocking him while he’s trying to be serious. Kit says Jelly lost 300 pounds and expects people to cheer him like a hero. He accuses Jelly of running from who he is, calls him fatphobic, and says Jelly promotes an unhealthy beauty standard. Kit declares “Jelly Roll is TOXIC.”

After the break, we continue with the WWE SmackDown results from March 13, 2026.

In the Arena:

Nick Aldis stands in the ring surrounded by the full contract‑signing setup — table, chairs, microphones, and the WrestleMania contract.

Nick says it looks like Drew McIntyre didn’t quit after all. He officially welcomes Drew back and announces that next week, Drew McIntyre will face Jacob Fatu one‑on‑one.

Nick then brings out the first participant in the WrestleMania main event: Randy Orton. Orton enters calmly, taking his seat at the table.

Nick introduces the second participant: Cody Rhodes. Cody makes his entrance and joins Orton in the ring as the crowd reacts.

Cody tells Randy that when he came to WWE in 2007, his very first match was against Randy Orton. He watched Randy win the Royal Rumble, watched him main‑event WrestleMania, and thought, “I want to be like that.” Cody says he left WWE, but Randy once told him he believed Cody would be World Champion someday. When Cody came back, he didn’t have his usual crew with him — but he did have Randy. Cody says he has always been proud to be “Randy’s boy.”

Cody signs the contract and slides it to Randy.

Randy stands up, looks at the contract, and tells Cody he needs that WrestleMania sign. It was supposed to be easy. It was supposed to be Drew.

Cody says he wants to make it easy for Randy — he wants the Legend Killer. The man JBL once said he’d build a wrestler from. The man with the three most dangerous letters in WWE. Cody says when the final bell rings, he will always love Randy.

Randy signs. They shake hands. They hug.

Then Randy hurls Cody into the table and kicks him low.

Randy tears off Cody’s suspenders and shirt. He throws Cody to the floor, slams him into the announce table, and smashes him with the steel steps. Nick Aldis demands to know what Randy is doing, and Randy shoves him aside.

Randy wipes Cody’s blood across his own hand and keeps hammering him. He drives Cody into the steps again, punches him repeatedly, then drags him onto the announce table and wedges Cody’s head against the side of the steps.

Officials rush out. Randy shoves Jelly Roll to the ground without realizing who it is. Randy walks away toward the back…

…but returns with a steel chair.

He smashes the chair into the steps around Cody’s head. Cody collapses. Randy stands over him, surveying the damage. He returns to the ring, picks up the WWE Championship, sits in the chair he used as a weapon, and places the title across his lap.

Randy Orton sits alone in the ring as SmackDown fades to black.

We go to credits.

WWE SmackDown Preview – March 13, 2026

The Women’s Tag Team Championship will be defended for the first time since The Irresistible Forces—Nia Jax and Lash Legend—dethroned Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY on February 27. They face former champions Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, who earned this opportunity after defeating Women’s United States Champion Giulia and Kiana James last Friday. Flair and Bliss have been chasing their way back to the gold since losing the titles to The Kabuki Warriors last November.

Last week’s main event shook WWE to its core as Cody Rhodes defeated Drew McIntyre to become the new Undisputed WWE Champion. With Randy Orton already locked in as the 2026 Men’s Elimination Chamber winner and WrestleMania challenger, Rhodes and Orton will make their showdown official with a contract signing tonight.

Women’s Champion Jade Cargill will also be in action in a non‑title match against Michin. As Cargill prepares for her WrestleMania 42 title defense against Rhea Ripley, Michin has warned the champion not to underestimate her, seeking long‑awaited payback.

The war between MFT and The Wyatt Sicks continues to escalate. After Solo Sikoa stole Uncle Howdy’s lantern and later won the WWE Tag Team Titles with Tama Tonga, tensions have only grown. Tonight, Uncle Howdy and Erick Rowan team up to face Sikoa and Tonga in a highly volatile tag match.
