A new report from Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reveals WWE United States Champion Andrade could drop his title when he returns from his 30-day suspension for failing a Wellness Policy test. 
It is unknown if his WWE Wellness Policy suspension has anything to do with the planned title change,
