WWE Tough Enough III winner Matt Cappotelli has shared an update on his health on his official Facebook page, revealing that he has Brain Cancer.
The Tough Enough star who was awarded a WWE contract with John Morrison after winning Tough Enough III in 2003 was first diagnosed with a malignant grade 2/3 astrocytoma in December 2005, he had surgery in April 2007 to remove it. A few weeks ago Cappotelli revealed the tumor had returned in a much more aggressive form and again he underwent surgery to remove it. However, the results which came back following the procedure
