WWE has officially announced that at the upcoming NXT TakeOver: Chicago, which will air live on May 20th on the WWE Network, Tyler Bate will defend the WWE United Kingdom Championship against “The Bruiserweight” Pete Dunne.
The match was made official following the recent set of WWE United Kingdom Championship television tapings in Norwich, England. Bate defeated Mark Andrews to retain the championship, while Dunne defeated Trent Seven to become the number-one contender for the championship.
