Triple H Shares Thoughts on Carmelo Hayes’ Arrival on WWE SmackDown – On the opening night of the 2024 WWE Draft, SmackDown selected former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes, who then challenged Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to a match. Rhodes accepted the challenge, and they clashed in the main event. Hayes delivered an impressive performance, but Rhodes scored the win.

WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H then took to Twitter/X to post his signature finger-pointing picture with Hayes. Triple H stated that, with Hayes’ performance against Cody Rhodes, he showed the SmackDown roster that he is HIM.

Hayes then responded and commented on his match against Rhodes.
