I wonder if the bones are okay.”

Long Road to Recovery
Ibushi suffered the broken femur during a match against Josh Alexander in October 2025. Since then, he has regularly shared updates with fans throughout the recovery process.
A broken femur is one of the most serious injuries a wrestler can sustain, often requiring extensive rehabilitation and a long healing period.
Determined to Return
Despite the slow progress, Ibushi remains positive about eventually returning to the ring. His recent comments suggest he is continuing to push through the recovery, even as he deals with ongoing physical limitations.
At 44 years old and with more than two decades in professional wrestling, Ibushi acknowledged the length of his career while expressing no regrets about his journey.
For now, his focus remains on healing, with the goal of making an in-ring comeback once he is fully recovered.
