Logan Paul Responds to Fans Celebrating His WWE Injury and Teases Strong Return

Logan Paul has addressed the reaction to his recent injury and fired back at fans who have been celebrating his absence from WWE television.

The RAW star is expected to be sidelined for several months after suffering a torn triceps during a World Tag Team Championship defense alongside Austin Theory. The injury temporarily halted his momentum, but Paul made it clear he intends to return stronger.

In a recent YouTube video titled “I’m Not Coming Back,” Paul spoke directly about the reaction from fans who have been openly pleased about his setback.

“I always think about like are the haters like… Yeah. Yeah. I like I’m so happy that he got injured,” Paul said. “Bro, I get it. If you don’t like me, obviously you’re going to pray on my downfall.”

Rather than focusing on negativity, Paul encouraged critics to enjoy his absence while it lasts.

“For all the haters out there praying on my downfall, enjoy it. Soak it up. You got 6 months to soak it up,” he stated. “But I want you to know I’m locking in in a way that people would never expect ever.”

Paul also promised a major comeback once he is medically cleared.

“I’m going to come back with a vengeance better than ever,” he said. “During this six months, I’m going to do things in life that will only help me win more, which will piss off the haters even more. So, if I were y’all, I’d be scared.”

The injury took place during a successful World Tag Team Championship defense against The Street Profits at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Paul later noted that he felt strong momentum building with Austin Theory before the setback.

With Paul out of action, Bron Breakker has stepped into his spot alongside Theory as WWE adjusts plans for the division.

Despite the injury, Paul’s comments suggest he is focused on rehabilitation and preparing for a return that he believes will surpass his previous performances.

Fabian Aichner Reacts to Ludwig Kaiser’s Success as El Grande Americano in AAA

Fabian Aichner Reacts to Ludwig Kaiser’s Success as El Grande Americano in AAA

Fabian Aichner, recently signed to TNA Wrestling, has commented on the recent success of his former Imperium stablemate Ludwig Kaiser.

Aichner, who spent close to a decade in WWE under both his real name and the ring name Giovanni Vinci, spoke with WhatCulture Wrestling about Kaiser’s current run in AAA under the El Grande Americano persona.

Fabian Aichner Ludwig Kaiser AAA comments

During the interview, Aichner reflected on their shared journey and acknowledged Kaiser’s recent momentum in Mexico.

“There’s a bunch of those El Grande Americanos I’ve noticed so we don’t really know who’s who but, let’s just assume one of them was him,” Aichner said with a smile while speaking about Ludwig Kaiser. “No, kudos to him. We came up in NXT together. We were the only two German-speaking people there so we did everything together. I know the hardships he went through because we went through it together in NXT and I know all the sacrifices that went into that journey because you have to remember, you’re moving halfway around the world. You’re leaving everything that you’ve known up until that point, including family. You leave everything behind in order to achieve that goal, to achieve that dream, to get to the main stage and to realize the dream that you worked so hard for. He’s always had a great mindset for wrestling, he’s always known what was important and if you look at the reactions that he’s getting now in Mexico, you don’t get those kinds of reactions if you’re not doing something right so, it’s good to see that he’s doing great. I’m happy for him, and yeah, pays off. Hard work pays off.”

Kaiser recently competed at AAA Noches de Los Grandes, where he headlined the first week of the event. Wrestling under the El Grande Americano identity, he secured a victory in a Mask vs. Mask match against Chad Gable, who portrayed the original version of the character.

Aichner’s comments highlight the long-standing connection between the two, dating back to their time in NXT as part of Imperium. While their careers have since taken different paths, both continue to find success on the international stage.

Viewership for 6/2 NXT and 6/3 AEW Dynamite

Viewership for 6/2 NXT and 6/3 AEW Dynamite

WWE NXT saw a slight increase in viewership for its latest episode on The CW Network.

According to Programming Insider, the June 2 broadcast of WWE NXT drew 556,000 viewers. This figure is up from the 544,000 viewers recorded the previous week, showing a modest week-to-week gain for the brand.

The improvement extended to the key 18–49 demographic as well. NXT posted a 0.07 rating in the demo, an increase from the 0.05 rating the show delivered the prior Tuesday.

The rise in both total viewership and the demographic rating indicates a positive trend for NXT on its current network. While the increase is not a major jump, it reflects steady audience growth compared to the previous week’s performance.

All Elite Wrestling saw a decline in viewership for the June 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.

According to Wrestlenomics, the show drew 638,000 viewers on TBS. This marks a decrease from the May 27 broadcast, which pulled in 704,000 viewers. That episode was extended to three hours, making the comparison slightly uneven in terms of total runtime.

AEW Dynamite Viewership June 3

In the key 18–49 demographic, Dynamite posted a 0.11 rating, down from the 0.15 rating recorded the previous week. The drop reflects a tougher night of competition, as the show aired opposite major sports programming.

Despite the decline, Dynamite still finished third on cable for the night. The broadcast faced strong competition from the NBA Finals, which drew 16.9 million viewers across television.

In addition to its airing on TBS, Dynamite was also simulcast on HBO Max. However, streaming viewership figures for HBO Max were not made available, leaving the total audience reach unclear.

The June 3 numbers reflect a week-to-week dip, though external competition and the prior week’s extended format both factor into the comparison.

Cody Rhodes vs Gunther Rematch Set for SmackDown With Stipulation to Be Revealed

Cody Rhodes vs Gunther Rematch Set for SmackDown With Stipulation to Be Revealed

Cody Rhodes and Gunther are set to collide once again for the Undisputed WWE Championship following the controversial outcome at Clash in Italy.

During the June 5 episode of WWE SmackDown, it was officially announced that Rhodes will defend his title against Gunther in a rematch scheduled for the June 19 episode. The show will take place in Kansas City, Missouri, and this time the bout will include a stipulation chosen by Gunther, which he is expected to reveal on next week’s SmackDown.

Cody Rhodes Gunther rematch set for SmackDown

The rematch stems from their recent encounter at Clash in Italy, where Rhodes retained the Undisputed WWE Championship under disputed circumstances. During the match, the referee failed to notice that Gunther’s foot was on the bottom rope, a detail that would have stopped the count. The oversight played a key role in the finish and immediately fueled controversy.

Gunther addressed the situation at the start of SmackDown, making his frustrations clear and demanding a fair resolution. Rhodes responded by agreeing to grant him another title opportunity without delay, setting the stage for their next showdown.

The segment also featured Sami Zayn, who got involved and hinted at his own interest in the championship picture. Despite his presence, the June 19 match is currently scheduled as a one-on-one contest between Rhodes and Gunther.

Looking ahead, SmackDown has three more episodes remaining before WWE heads to Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, June 27. The June 26 episode of SmackDown will be taped in advance from London, England, adding further build toward the upcoming Premium Live Event.

With a controversial finish behind them and a stipulation yet to be revealed, the Rhodes vs. Gunther rematch is positioned as a key moment in the ongoing title scene.

WWE SmackDown 6/5/2026: 3 Things We Hated & 3 Things We Loved

Every week, I wish more and more that WWE would just get Royce Keys away from Solo Sikoa and the MFTs. It’s already gone on far too long, and with the loss of some of the members of the MFTs, I don’t think the stable overall is as effective as it previously was, and, even then, it wasn’t great. Keys’ loss to Talla Tonga tonight, presumably continuing his feud with Sikoa, especially after a backstage segment where Sikoa continued to try and recruit him, does not give me confidence that he’s going to emerge victorious from his King of the Ring four-way match against Finn Balor, LA Knight, and Jey Uso next week.

Or, later in the night in a backstage segment along R-Truth, Keys made it seem like he could be starting a feud with Priest. While I certainly don’t want to see heel Priest again, I guess that would be a little more interesting than Keys and Sikoa. Either way, Keys wasn’t exactly thrust into the main event scene, or even in the United States Championship picture, like he probably could have been, and I’m just not sure he fits in as a mid-carder, either. This all isn’t working for me.

I actually thought Keys’ match against Tonga wasn’t too bad. It was a pretty good big man match, especially for an episode of “SmackDown,” but of course, with Sikoa and Tama Tonga ringside, you knew that the finish wasn’t going to be clean, or at least not in Keys’ favor.

Keys hit Tonga with the powerslam, but Sikoa distracted the referee on one side of the ring, with Tama distracting Keys. Tama swept Keys’ legs out from underneath, getting him out of the ring for a quick brawl, which Keys ended swiftly when he took out what looked like an attempted Superman punch off the stairs from Tama. Keys got back in the ring off his game, and Talla hit him with the Talla T Bomb for the victory. I just think it all made Keys looks so lame.

The interference and numbers game would have made a bit more sense when there were still four members of the MFTs. Sure, Talla and Tama are no slouches, but maybe, just maybe, you could have made Keys look like a dominant powerhouse here. He could have taken out both men, then stared down Sikoa, leading to a match between them, which would get us one step closer to this being over. That way, neither Priest or Truth would need to get involved. They have the tag titles, and like Priest said in yet another backstage segment, they need to be focused on those once Truth is medically cleared.
