WINC Watchlist: Rhea Ripley’s Greatest Matches

Following WrestleMania 41, it was hard to believe that many other matches in the women’s division would be able to rival the quality of the Triple Threat, but Ripley and SKY proved to exceed all expectations at Evolution 2025.

After having feuded for most of the year, Ripley and SKY’s clash at the second-ever all-women’s PLE was their third singles match together in four months. However, this time around, they were given the opportunity to main event, and with both women not wanting to disappoint, they delivered one of the best WWE matches of last year, which was accompanied by a surprise finish that few saw coming.

By far, Evolution 2025 was the best work that Ripley and SKY had done together on a singles level, as their chemistry is at an all-time high following the countless matchups they competed in against each other beforehand. Where Ripley matched SKY’s technical ability, SKY added more brutality to her skillset in order to keep up with Ripley’s physical strength, resulting in both women being able to predict each other’s offense.

At this point, Ripley and SKY made it clear that they respected each other, a story beat that was tied into the match, but was eventually spoiled by Naomi playing the ultimate villain by cashing in her Money In The Bank contract. Although neither Ripley nor SKY would come out victorious, the 20-minute battle that preceded Naomi’s cash-in is one of “The Eradicator’s” most impressive performances, and she’s continued to be one of WWE’s most reliable workers in the eight months since the match.

WWE NXT Viewership & Ratings Report: 3/17/2026

The special Booker T appreciation night of “WWE NXT” grew in overall average viewership, however the key demographic ratings fell for the show.

The March 17 edition of “NXT,” which aired from the 713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas, saw viewership increase to 588,000 viewers from the previous week’s viewership of 541,000, according to “Programming Insider.” While viewership has grown, it’s still lesser than the four-week average of 620,000. Viewership of the Tuesday night show has declined over the last few months, with the show crossing the 600,000 mark just once in the last four weeks. In fact, since the start of the year, “NXT” hovered in the 600,000 mark for most of January and February, but has dipped below that level in March.

This past week’s show went against the World Baseball Classic on Fox, which drew an audience of over 9 million and a rating of 2.55. In contrast, “NXT’s” 18–49 key demographic rating was a paltry 0.07, which fell from last week’s 0.08 (which is also the four-week average).

Three titles were on the line on this week’s “NXT” — the NXT Women’s Championship, which Jacy Jayne successfully defended against Zaria and Sol Ruca, and the WWE Women’s Speed Championship, which Wren Sinclair from Fallon Henley. The show was closed off with an NXT Women’s North American title match inside a steel cage, where Tatum Paxley continued her reign after getting the better of Izzi Dame. The highlight of the night was the Booker T appreciation night segment, where Booker T’s family and friends, as well as the fans and “NXT” roster, came out to celebrate his career in Houston. The segment was cut short by Keanu Carver, who attacked the security guards and some of Booker T’s students, before Jasper Troy arrived at the ring to save the day. Next week’s “NXT” will be the final stop before the NXT Roadblock TV special.

Backstage Update On WWE Status Of Absent Tag Team The Street Profits

The Street Profits have been missing from WWE television for a few months, and recent reports have indicated that WWE may be planning a return for them.Montez Ford will return before WrestleMania 42 — which will be held on April 18 and April 19 — or after the show. The report also added that neither star is injured at the moment.

Other reports from earlier in the year had said that WWE’s decision to keep The Street Profits on the sidelines was to ensure that they are fresh when called upon.

The duo last wrestled on the main roster in October, when they were unsuccessful in their attempt to win the WWE tag team titles from the Wyatt Sicks. However, they wrestled on “NXT” house shows in January, when the main roster was over in Saudi Arabia for the Royal Rumble.

The Street Profits, who are a part of the “WWE SmackDown” roster, could target the current WWE Tag Team Champions, The MFTs, when they return to the promotion. The group, led by Solo Sikoa, is currently in a feud with a group that The Street Profits know quite a bit about, the Wyatt Sicks, having been in a rivalry with them last year. As of this writing, no tag team title matches have been scheduled for WrestleMania 42, with just four weeks remaining before “The Show of Shows.”

Tony Khan Would ‘Love’ To Have Wayne Brady Wrestle After AEW Revolution Appearance

At every turn, AEW Revolution had a happening, from Ronda Rousey’s shocking appearance to the returns of Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Kenny Omega, and Will Ospreay to “Hangman” Adam Page losing his chance to challenge for the AEW Men’s World Championship ever again. And then there was Wayne Brady, who was interviewed by Lexy Nair at the start of Zero Hour.

The Emmy award winning comedian/actor’s involvement with the show didn’t stop there, however, as he became involved during the opening tag match between The Infantry and QT Marshall/Big Boom AJ. Brady would wind up jawing with Shane Taylor at ringside, even going as far as to deliver a slap to the Shane Taylor Promotions leader. Taylor would proceed to pull Brady over the barricade and shove down The Rizzler, only to receive a spear from Big Justice for his behavior.

The angle naturally led to some wondering if this was a sign that Brady could embrace his “Chapelle Show” persona and maybe one day get in the ring to face Taylor, The Infantry, or somebody else. During the post-Revolution media scrum, AEW owner Tony Khan was asked that very question, and seemed open to the idea, though he gave no indication that it would actually happen.

“I would like to see that too,” Khan said. “I didn’t know he liked to get wet. Yeah, if he wants to get in there and get after it, I think that’s great. Like I said, I didn’t know Wayne liked to get wet. He likes to get after it, and I’d love to get Wayne in the ring.”
